At Shelly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronic purchases. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Shelly account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 3 to 5 business days.
